An incredible holiday starts here...

Thak you for visiting our website! We are Simon & Tanja and we use the name "Sita Real" for letting our "Apartment Sita" as of 2008, located in Neukirchen am Großvenediger, Austria. We are letting one apartment in a house of 6 apartments.

Our website is filled with useful information about the apartment and the incredible activities which we discovered in this amazing holiday region. Feel free to return to this website regularly; we love to keep you informed about all the ins and outs! Naturally, you can always contact us for questions or free offers. The family-friendly Wildkogel-Arena is located at the heart of the Kitzbüheler Alps in the holiday region National Park Hohe Tauern.

The Apartment

Apartment Sita has a size of 50m2. The apartment is very comfortable with room for 2-5 persons. For families with children there is a child's bedstead and chair available.

Specifications of the apartment:
- one family-bedroom with a double bed and a single bed.
- Cosy livingroom with a dining cormer and a couch which can be converted to  two single beds.
- Open kitchen.
- Bathroom with a bath and a baby dresser.
- Spacious balcony with table and seats: including spectacular mountain view!
- In the basement you will find a children’s playroom with a climbing-rack and a slide.

Winter in Austria

The apartment is centrally located between 3 large ski resorts:
- Wildkogel-Arena;
- Zillertal Arena;
- Kitzbüheler Alpen.

Across the street of Apartment Sita you will find the gondola of the Wildkogel-Arena.

They also thought about the little ones! The Kogel-Mogel Kids Club simply offers more. More safety on the slopes, child-friendly learning tools, specially trained instructors, responsive to the wishes and needs of children. Maybe you will run into the mascots "Kogel-Mogel"and "Kogel-Mia"!

For the cross-country skiers Neukirchen has 55 kilometres of ski-runs and there is the Pinzgauer ski-run with a length of 200 km.

Together with a ranger of the national park you can go for a 'snow-shoe walk' and what about a night of Curling!

Summer at the national park Hohe Tauern

During the summer there is lots of fun and activities!
Neukirchen is one of the 19 villages that are part of the "National Park Hohe Tauern". In about 200m you will find a swimming lake. At the edge of the village you will find the "Blausee"; a beautiful blue lake where many people go picknicking. For the hikers there are lots hiking trails at the Wildkogel-Arena. The "Smaragdweg" is recommended.

Or what about a visit to Europe's largest waterfalls, the Krimmler Waterfalls? Definitely a must!

Othe activities are Nordic walking, mountainbiking, paragliding, canoe, golf, climbing and much more.

Wildkogel Sledding Arena

Neukirchen is centrally located between 3 skiing areas... but there is more! You also find here the "Wildkogel Sledding Arena"; world's longest floodlit toboggan run. The course itself is an amazing 14 km in length, with sledders dropping an incredible 1300 m during their ride back to Bramberg. You can pause midway at the cosy apres ski bar "Zwischenzeit".

Kogel-Mogel Kids Club

The ski school Neukirchen was entitled in the International Ski Test as "Skischool of the year 2008" and awarded for innovation in the area of Children's offers.

At the Wildkogel-Arena you find multiple skischools, Kogel-Mogel Kids Club, conveyor belt, final race with a medal and certificate, kids restaurant with daycare and much more!

Cycling & Mountainbiking

For cyclers and mountainbikers there are plenty of cycling-tours! "Wildkogel Bike Arena" is proclaimed to be the top 6 destination of Europe for freeriders. The trails in this holiday region vary from easy to advanced, suited for families and experts.

You like excitement and adventure? At Unterwurzacher Sports & More you can book sensational activities like Mega Flying Fox, high ropes course, climbing, Canyoning and Wildwater Tubing.
